Q: Is there a limit to the length of the piece?
A: Yes cannot be more than 5 minutes.

Q: Is there a limit to the size of the piece?
A: Yes: 50 MB, recommended size for a 4 minute piece is 15MB.

Q: How will I know my piece has been transcoded and accepted?
A: We will email you.

Q: If I want to replace the video, what do I have to do?
A: Delete it and make a new Portfolio entry.

Q: Can you tell me how many times it has been viewed?

A: Yes, send an email to support@scifin.net and we will send you monthly updates.

Q: If I want only certain people to see the video can I restrict it?
A: You can restrict it according to type, Foundation, Company etc. If you want to have control over who watches you should use a Video One Sheer contact peter@urweb.tv.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of PDF and DOC attachments?
A: No.

Q: How do I add an inventor to my video listing?
A: Click Add an Inventor in the Edit Video screen.

Q: How secure is my work from being misappropriated?
A: Very secure, it can only play on this site.
